It is best if these seven days you spend as little time as possible at home, where there is a refrigerator. Also during this period it is highly advisable not to cook anything that you cannot eat.

Diet week: menu

As already mentioned above, the Nedelka diet involves a fairly limited diet, both in terms of diet. In particular, you can eat only one product every day, dividing it into 3-4 meals.

First day

Your menu is about drinking: teas, coffee, juices. You can drink anything (except carbonated drinks) and in any quantity. But it is better to refuse food.

Second day

Your menu is raw vegetables. There are no restrictions on the quantity. The main thing is not to give them heat treatment.

Third day

This day duplicates the first and is a drinking day, so stock up on interesting drinks. If it's really hard for you, you can afford 2 vegetable smoothies.

Fourth day

Fruits. Eat raw fruits in any quantity.

Your menu is boiled lean meat, cottage cheese and eggs. Limit on volume: meat - 300 grams, cottage cheese - 100 grams and 3 eggs.

Sixth day

The sixth day is also drinking.

Seventh day

The seventh day in the Week diet is intended to exit from the strict diet, so the menu will be, albeit complete, but still as dietary as possible.

Eat an omelet and yogurt for breakfast. Treat yourself to chicken soup for lunch. An afternoon snack is fruit. And for dinner - Greek salad.
